Ambar Build

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Ambar Build application and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. The Service

The Service is a field-service operations platform for managing work orders, scheduling, dispatch, subcontractors, communications, and related records. Access is by invitation; accounts and roles are provisioned by an authorized administrator.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you're not authorized to, or use it unlawfully. Access permissions are role-based; do not attempt to circumvent them.

4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) terms

• By opting in (via the onboarding consent checkbox) or by being contacted regarding an active work order at your property, you consent to receive operational/transactional text messages from Ambar Build related to scheduling, service status, and coordination. We do not send marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCEL/END/QUIT) to stop messages at any time. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact office@ambarbuild.com.
• Carriers and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy; mobile/SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Customer & resident communications

The Service may relay communications between parties (e.g., subcontractor and resident) through privacy-masking technology. You agree to use these communications solely for legitimate service coordination.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and content are owned by Ambar Build or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Ambar Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
